Dane Cook is a funny guy. But last week he was serious about breaking the endurance record for longest stand up comedy performance. The famous Laugh Factory on the Sunset Strip in Hollywood (you know, the same one where Kramer decided to turn racist all the sudden) played host to the feat which lasted for 7 hours… beating the previous record of 6 hours and 12 minutes set by Dave Chappelle just this past December at the same location.

An article on Yahoo News actually pointed out some more history of the record which dates it back to 1980 when Richard Pryer first set it at 2 hours and 41 minutes. That old timers record was broken several times leading up to the most recent by Dane Cookery!

We want to know what the hell you do for 7 hours as an audience member… bet the laughs stopped four hours in and then started back up again an hour and a half later once everyone was ridiculously delirious at which point a damn bottle of water could have been cracking funny hahas!
